Requesting a quote

The quote form prepares a message on your device. It does not submit your details to a website database. When you choose “Open WhatsApp”, your message is passed to WhatsApp. It is only sent to Bradford Recoveries when you press Send there.

Information you share

Your enquiry may include vehicle details, collection and delivery locations, a preferred time, photographs and any other details you choose to provide. WhatsApp or a phone call may also provide your contact details. Bradford Recoveries uses this information to answer your enquiry, assess the job, arrange an agreed service and communicate with you about it.

Other services

Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to separate services with their own privacy policies. Hosting services may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Optional advertising measurement

Google Ads measurement is off until you choose “Allow measurement”. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect calling us, requesting a quote or using WhatsApp. We do not load Google measurement scripts or send measurement data to Google before permission or when your saved choice is to reject.

If you allow measurement, Google may use advertising cookies and technical information such as your IP address, browser, page address and ad-click identifiers to help measure advertising results. We measure clicks on our phone and WhatsApp links as expressions of interest. A click does not prove that a call connected or a message was sent.

For eligible visits, Google may replace our displayed phone number and its call link with a Google forwarding number that connects to Bradford Recoveries. Our usual number remains the fallback. The website-call conversion requires a call lasting at least 60 seconds. This installation does not enable call recording, enhanced conversions, personalised advertising or Google Analytics.

Our measurement events do not include quote details, vehicle registrations, names, contact numbers, collection or delivery locations, WhatsApp message text or outgoing WhatsApp links. The quote is still prepared only on your device and is not stored by this website.

Your choice and website storage

We remember only your measurement preference in this browser for up to 180 days. You can allow or reject optional measurement again using Cookie settings. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop the loaded measurement scripts and restores our normal phone number. Copy an unfinished quote first. We also clear accessible first-party advertising measurement cookies. Data already sent while permission was granted cannot be recalled by changing this setting.

Your browser may offer to remember information you enter. Google handles measurement data under its privacy policy; Google may also control cookies on its own domains. If JavaScript or the measurement script is unavailable, the contact links continue to work with our usual phone number.
